Cuculia – Fine Dining Restaurant in Florence
Founded in 2012 in Florence’s charming Oltrarno district, Cuculia is the creation of chef Oliver Betancourt and Roberta Del Prete. Their dream was to open a restaurant in Florence where taste, elegance, and heartfelt hospitality meet.
Every detail at Cuculia tells their story: a fine dining experience enriched by a warm, family atmosphere.
A creative restaurant in Florence where innovation, tradition and passion meet to bring you an unforgettable fine dining experience
Led by chef Oliver’s thirty years of experience, our contemporary cuisine is rooted in respect for seasonality, careful selection of high-quality ingredients, and attention to dietary needs.
The creative touch developed while traveling through France, South America, Italy, and Spain allows us to craft intriguing fusion dishes, reinterpreting Mediterranean and Caribbean traditions with a modern twist.
Each dish becomes a unique fine dining experience to savor in the heart of Florence.
