During this hands-on experience, you will learn how to prepare authentic fresh Italian pasta completely from scratch.
The chef will guide you step by step, revealing techniques and secrets to create perfect tagliatelle and stuffed tortelli. You will discover how to cook a rich, flavorful beef ragù and how to make a delicious filling to create truly unforgettable tortelli.

At the end of the two-hour course, you will also learn the correct way to cook fresh pasta and enjoy tasting everything you have prepared with your own hands. It will be the best pasta you have ever tasted in your life!
In addition, you will discover how to plate your tagliatelle and tortelli beautifully, just like a real chef in a restaurant.

The dinner and course will be accompanied by a tasting of organic Chianti wine carefully selected by our sommelier.
